Defining users
Step Action
1
Select a user from the list in the Users folder.

Right-click the user, and select Properties.

The Properties window opens as depicted in Figure 31 "User
properties" (page 114).

Enter the user’s information (first name, last name, telephone
number, and so on) in the appropriate fields in the General tab.

Select the Communications tab.
