80 Chapter 7 Off-premise Message Notification

To set up Off-premise Message Notification to a telephone

number

1 Press ≤·°⁄.

Follow the voice prompts or the display button options to open the

skillset mailbox.

2 If you use the CallPilot interface:

•Press °ﬁ to open the Mailbox Tools

•Press NOTIF

or ¤ to open the Off-premise Message

Notification menu

•Go to step 3

If you use the Norstar Voice Mail interface:

•Press ADMIN

or °

•Press ﬂ to open the Off-premise Message Notification

•Go to step 3

3 Press ADMIN

or ⁄ to set up Off-premise Message Notification.

4 Press PHONE

or ⁄ to choose a telephone number destination.

5 Enter the destination telephone number and press OK

or £. The

destination telephone number is a maximum of 30 digits.

6 Press OK

or £ to accept the destination telephone number

represented by <x>

press ADD

or ¤ to add special characters and use your dialpad or

follow the voice prompts to add characters.

After you add special characters, press OK

or £ to accept the

destination number.

7 Enter the start time for Off-premise Message Notification. This is a

four-digit field. Any single-digit hour and minute must be preceded

by a zero.

8 Press AM

or ⁄

or ¤.
