Feature description
Attendant consoles assist in placing and extending calls into and out of the
system. The operator of an attendant console is known as the attendant.
The consoles provide the attendant with many unique features that increase
the speed and ease of call processing.
This feature module provides an overview of attendant consoles and
a description of the basic software capabilities and associated service
changes. Additional information regarding attendant-related software
features can be found in other feature modules in this document.
